Overheard in our bathroom

It was James' bath time, DH likes to do the baths, I usually use this time to clean up around the place.

Tonight I had finished up and was sitting watching James splash.

He reached down and grabbed his boy parts.

Mommy: Yes James that is your penis, but you don't need to hold onto it, it won't fall off.

Daddy: don't believe her James, she doesn't have one, hers fell off!!


Hee hee hee...

He Eats!!!

We have been trying to feed James solid for a while. 

We have tried cereals, (rice and wheat) mashed potatoes, carrots and banana, he hasn't wanted any of it.

One night he actually screamed like we were tearing off his arms when the spoon got near his mouth.

Yesterday I decided to try mixing the cereal with breast milk rather then water and that seemed to be the trick, he ate the whole bowl!!!

We are going to try seeing what happens when we mix other foods with milk.

Tonight, mashed potatoes.
